Will this be the only Mignon Faget sale before Christmas?

Yes! Our VIP Black Friday sale will be the deepest discount that we offer this season. After the VIP early access period (November 21 - November 28th), the sale will become public on November 29th - December 2nd and the discount will be reduced to 20% off on the remaining items still in-stock.

How long will my order take to ship during the sale?

Due to the high order volume during the sale period, we recommend allowing an additional 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) to our processing time for order fulfillment. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and a shipment confirmation with tracking number will be sent via email once your package has shipped! We make an concentrated effort to ensure every order placed during the sale arrives before Christmas, even expediting shipping if necessary.

I purchased holiday gifts during the sale. Will I be able to return/exchange items after Christmas, or will that be outside of the policy?

We offer an extended return/exchange period (until 1/31/25) for holiday gifts purchased during our sale, and through the Christmas holiday season. Your order will be exchanged at the promotional price that it was purchased for. Please allow at least 7 business days (Mon-Fri) for returns and exchanges to be processed during the holiday season.

Will the sale price be matched if I exchange an item after the sale?

If an item purchased during the sale is exchanged while the sale is still ongoing, then the discount will be matched. Items exchanged after the sale has ended will not be price matched, unless exchanged for a different size in the same style and price.

Why is (out of stock item) not on sale anymore?
Sale prices are for in-stock items only, except for designs in 14K or 10K Gold. Once an item is out of stock, it can be Special Ordered at the regular retail price. Special Orders received after November 25th can no longer be guaranteed in time for Christmas - so make sure you order before that date if you need something made special for you!
Why didn’t my VIP discount automatically apply?
The early access code provided via email must be entered at checkout to apply the discount. After the VIP early access period (November 21 - November 28th), the sale will become public on November 29th - December 2nd and the 20% discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Once your order begins processing, we are not able to add the code.
Will you honor sales prices after the sale period? (ex: “I was out of town”)
We’re sorry you missed the sale! We apologize, we are unable to extend sale price discounts past the sale period.
I placed an order before the sale. Do you offer price adjustments on past orders?

We can not offer price adjustments once a sale has been processed. You are welcome to return those items and re-order during the sale by using our Return Label Generator. Please keep in mind the sale is on in-stock items only. New, collegiate, limited edition, and clearance items will not apply.

Can I use another coupon code with my order? What about the Buy 3 and Save Halo discount?
