Frequently Asked Questions

Most orders placed are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt, based on availability of merchandise. A customer service representative will contact you should there be a delay in shipment. Because Mignon Faget jewelry is hand-crafted, some pieces may require four to six weeks for delivery.

Jewelry designs are packaged in a tarnish preventive pouch with care instructions. Mignon Faget Gift Boxes are available as an option in checkout, and price information is never included in your shipment.

• We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
• Shipping prices are within the United States only.
• We are unable to accept or ship international orders.
• All jewelry purchases over $1,000 must be shipped signature required and insured.
• All MF. AT HOME purchases are packed to prevent breakage and shipped via a premium ground service.
• Packages are picked up and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Packages are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.
• Orders placed on the website after 3PM will be processed the following business day.

Special Orders

Oh no, is the design you want out of stock? You can Special Order almost any active Mignon Faget jewelry design by simply adding it to your cart and checking out. We’ll charge your credit card when your Special Order is placed and ship it as soon as it is ready.

• Due to the specialized nature of each unique Mignon Faget design, delivery times for Special Orders can vary between 2 and 10 weeks.
• Special Orders are final sale only, and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• In stock items on the same transaction as a Special Order item will be shipped immediately. Your card will be charged for the full amount of the order.
• We do not accept Special Orders on designs that are discontinued or archived. If an item is unavailable for special order you will be contacted by a representative.

Mignon Faget is proud to partner with UPS for all of our shipping services. We also offer shipping services in all Mignon Faget galleries directly to any destination in the United States.

• We offer flat rate shipping for all jewelry orders:
• UPS® Ground: $9.75
• UPS® 2nd Day Air: $19.75
• UPS® Next Day Air: $29.75
• UPS® Next Day Air Saturday Delivery: $44.75
• A signature required shipment carries an additional fee of $3.25 for the customer.
• If MF. AT HOME product is included in your order, it will be calculated based on weight and destination using the UPS® Shipping API.
• Orders placed including MF. AT HOME product are not eligible for our evergreen free shipping promotional offer.
