Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped within three business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt, based on availability of merchandise. A customer service representative will contact you should there be a delay in shipment. Because Mignon Faget jewelry is hand-crafted, some pieces may require four to six weeks for delivery. Each design is shipped in an exclusive Mignon Faget gift box with artist card. Jewelry designs are packaged in a tarnish preventive pouch with care instructions.
- Jewelry and HOME purchases are shipped separately.
- We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
- Shipping prices are within the continental United States only.
- We are unable to accept or ship international orders.
- All jewelry purchases are shipped via a premium ground service, signature required and insured, unless otherwise specified by customer.
- All jewelry purchases over $1,000 must be shipped signature required.
- All HOME purchases are packed to prevent breakage and shipped via a premium ground service, insured.
- Packages are picked up and delivered on business days only (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).
- Orders placed on the website after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
